If you are experiencing issues connecting to tastytrade using a proxy or VPN, you should check the proxy/VPN settings, ensure that the proxy is not being blocked by tastytrade or a firewall, and check for network or server issues. 

Here's how to check proxies specifically on the tastytrade application (Please note: this does not include systemwide proxies or 3rd party apps that may be causing an issue) 

  1. Open the tastytrade application 
  2. Click the "Advanced Options" line under the Sign In button.  
  3. On the next menu, click “Reset,” then “OK.” 
  4. Sign in again and check to see if data is loading properly.
