Are you having trouble accessing or logging in to your account? You can quickly fix that with a password reset. To reset your password, click Forgot Password?. You may request a password reset when prompted to log in at tastytrade.com, on the desktop platform login screen, the web browser platform login page, and the mobile platform screen. After clicking Forgot Password? you must enter the email address associated with your tastytrade account. A password reset link will get to the email address associated with your tastytrade account.
Please note: If you do not see a password reset link when accessing the message through your SPAM folder, please move it to your inbox. There are instances where the SPAM folder will remove links for your protection. By moving the email back to your regular inbox, the link will reappear and become active.
