Accessing the tastytrade Platform

Did you register with tastytrade but did not complete a trading account application and are trying to sign in to the platform? Or did you just submit your first account application? Either way, if you’re new to tastytrade, you won’t be able to access the platform until your account is open and approved. Email accounts@tastytrade.com to receive an update on your application's status. 


The platform says, "I do not have an account."

Did you recently sign up with tastytrade?

Did you create a tastytrade username and are trying to sign in to the trading platform? Well, then you're halfway there. You must have an open and approved trading account to log in to any of our trading platforms. If you just applied for a trading account, you will receive an email once your trading account is opened and approved.
