How do I stop receiving paper confirmations and statements?

By default, customers receive trade confirmations and monthly account statements electronically. If you start receiving paper trade confirmations and monthly account statements by mail but prefer electronic delivery instead, please write to our support team at support@tastytrade.com with the email address associated with your tastytrade account.


Why am I receiving confirmations and statements in the mail?

Our clearing firm (Apex Clearing) must notify you when a trade confirmation or monthly account statement becomes available per industry rule (FINRA Rule 2230). When our clearing firm experiences any issues with the email associated with your account, such as a bounced email, then trade confirmation and monthly statements are mailed.
