Changing Personal Information

Certain information is required to open and hold a brokerage account with tastytrade. Personal information can be updated at any time. However, some information may require two-factor authentication to change. 

To change your mobile number, please email our accounts team at from the email associated with your tastytrade account. However, if you have SMS-2FA enabled on your tastytrade account and need to change the mobile number linked to your tastytrade account, please click here to update your mobile number.

How do I change my personal information?

To make changes to your personal account details, you will need to log into your account at After signing in, navigate to My Profile, then select Personal, or click here.

You can update the following information after logging into your account at

  • Address
  • Home or Work phone number*
  • Email address
  • Marital Status
  • # of Dependents
  • Employment Information
  • Any changes to your affiliation status
